Jimmy Spain, a professional poker player, has a wealthy cellmate in prison who asks him to mentor his only child Kat, in the game of Texas Hold'em. The pair battle their way to the World Poker Tour Championship in Las Vegas where a fellow player is found dead with a three-card "Picasso flop" in his pocket. With suspicion falling on Kat, Jimmy must prove her innocence.
