Description
Jack Collins is a former Navy SEAL turned bounty hunter who tracks down terrorists as part of the CIA's subcontracting program. Battling his personal demons, the higher-ups think he has become a liability so his handler Leigh offers him one last chance and sends him to London. There, he finds himself locked in combat with a former teammate, Deighton, and his personal army. Both sides fight smart, and as casualties mount, Collins refuses to be beaten as he fights his way to a dangerous climax.
