Description
Blue streak: Master jewel thief Miles Logan has a big problem. A $20 million problem. Recently released from prison for the botched heist of a huge diamond, he's anxious to retrieve the hot rock which he hid at a construction site two years earlier.

National security: L.A.P.D. reject and major troublemaker, Earl, ends up getting L.A. police officer, Hank, kicked off the force for brutality. Now, these two guys, who can't stand each other, are stuck working together as lowly security guards. They play cops to bring down a smuggling ring--if they can stay alive and stay one step ahead of the real cops.
