Description
When a man opens fire on a crowd at an open-air flea market, an unwed teenage mother and her infant son are killed. The deaths are investigated by Lieutenant Nora Mulcahaney, and tensions build between her and TV newsman Randall Tye who believes the killings are drug-related. When Tye suddenly vanishes, Nora is left to solve a private as well as a public crime.
