Description
Looks at the Pennsylvania Dutch tradition of Rumspringa (literally, 'Running around'), which is a period in a teenager's life, usually between the ages of 16 and 21 years old. During this time, they are set free to explore the world outside the Amish life. Eventually, they can make an informed decision before they make a commitment to join the church, or to leave it. The film follows four teenagers in their time of discovery.
